Everyone has heard about the Spanish food, kitchen and tapas but there is much more than that.
When you´re on holidays and go to new culture and country (like Spain) – the experience is always personal (and unique) and therefore not everyone likes the same things or tastes.
And like we all know, sometimes your first experience for example to paella might not be that good, but after a second try in somewhere else (and made by the other cook) – you may become a “paella lover”.

Olive oil production
